Per serving(32g) of Asitis Unsweetened peanut butter contains 16grams of total fats, 6mg sodium, 6gram total of carbohydrate, and 9grams of protein.

16grams of total fat in which 4g saturated fat and 12g unsaturated fat. There is no trans fat in it. There is no mention of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated quantity on the label.

6grams of carbohydrate separated into 3gram fiber which is 12% of your RDA(Reference Daily Intake) and 1gram of sugar. Sugar is the natural sugar found in peanuts.
